出于對古堡項目的喜愛，男爵Humphry Wakefield 是最開始萌生還原古堡系列念頭的人，他和每一位城堡的主人做出了最開始的籌備工作。
Humphry Wakefield 認為，Baker是這個世界上唯一一個對真品還原理解達到最高水平的公司，并且，Baker擁有世代流傳的工藝，能夠勝任還原古堡系列家具真品的任務。所以他選擇與Baker合作。
作為Baker古堡系列項目顧問，為了確保細節(jié)的精湛，他對每一個生產環(huán)節(jié)進行選擇和監(jiān)督。 當工匠們工作之時，每一生產流程他都要求達到完美。
He was the consultant to the Baker Stately Homes Collections, and he selected and supervised the manufacture of each piece to ensure the detail is superb. He also initiated the idea of the Stately Homes Collections and made the original arrangements with each of the the Lords.
He thought that Baker were the only firm in the world to understand this concept of replica at this topmost level. And Baker had and have the multi-generational crafts force able for this task.
He was given the huge privilege of supervising these craftsmen as they work to make each of the pieces he have selected to be perfect.
